Job Purpose:
To plan, execute, and manage customer projects by ensuring team efficiency, high-quality deliverables, and customer satisfaction.

Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in software development and production support.
Project Management: Led at least 3 end-to-end projects, managing a team of 10-15 resources.
Delivery Excellence: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Scope & Objectives: Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
Problem-Solving: Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities.
Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Client & Resource Management: Manage client relationships and effectively allocate resources across multiple projects.
Development Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
Technical Expertise:
- Databases: MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- ETL Tools: SSIS, ADF, Informatica, etc.
- Scripting: Python, Shell, Batch, PowerShell
- Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS
- Architectures: Familiarity with KAPPA, LAMBDA, Lakehouse architectures.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Project Tools: Proficiency with project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello, and Asana.

Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage project budgeting and forecasting.
Implement effective risk and metrics management strategies.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Participate in client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Track and manage project activities to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
Deliver high-quality releases while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Adhere to Information Security Management policies and procedures.
